to oversee HVAC works across multiple construction sites. The ideal candidate must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing manpower effectively while ensuring project timelines and quality standards are met.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate HVAC works
Prepare Project scheduling , allocation of works to various teams , labor groups & subcontractors.
Review and interpret drawings, specifications, and BOQ.
Monitor the works at site and execute as per approved drawings.
Coordinate with engineers, subcontractors, and project management team.
Ensure materials, tools, and equipment are available for smooth execution.
Prepare daily site reports and update management on progress.
Requirements:-
Min
3-5 years
of local Experience in MEP , HVAC Projects.
Valid
UAE driving licence
(mandatory).
Strong leadership skills to handle and manage site labor.
Good communication and coordination skills.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,500.00 per month
