1. Minimum 6-8 years of experience in air conditioning service and maintenance industry
2. Degree/Diploma in Mechanical Engineering
3. Strong knowledge of HVAC system
4. Excellent leadership, team management, and customer service skills.
5. Proficient in diagnosing complex HVAC issues and proposing solutions.
6. Good understanding of safety, environmental, and industry standards
7. Strong communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
