Job Title: Senior HVAC Technician & Site In-Charge

Job Summary:

We are looking for an experienced Senior HVAC Technician who can independently handle HVAC installation, maintenance, and site supervision. The candidate should be capable of managing technicians, coordinating with engineers and vendors, and ensuring work is completed safely, on time, and as per drawings and specifications.

Key Responsibilities:

Technical Responsibilities

Install, maintain, troubleshoot, and repair HVAC systems including:

Chillers, AHUs, FCUs, VRV/VRF systems

Split, package, and ducted AC units

Ventilation, exhaust, and fresh air systems

Diagnose system faults and carry out corrective and preventive maintenance

Read and interpret HVAC drawings, schematics, and BOQs

Ensure testing, commissioning, and balancing of HVAC systems

Site Handling & Supervision

Handle HVAC site activities independently

Supervise and guide technicians, helpers, and subcontractors

Plan daily work schedules and allocate manpower efficiently

Coordinate with project engineers, consultants, and other MEP trades

Monitor work progress and ensure adherence to project timelines

Quality, Safety & Reporting

Ensure work complies with project specifications, quality standards, and safety regulations

Conduct site inspections and resolve technical issues promptly

Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and material requirements

Coordinate material deliveries and ensure proper usage to avoid wastage

Requirements & Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in HVAC, Mechanical, or relevant field

Minimum 5-8 years of HVAC experience, with at least 2 years in a site-handling or senior role

Strong hands-on knowledge of HVAC installation and maintenance

Ability to lead a team and manage site operations independently

Good understanding of safety practices and quality control

Basic communication skills (English required; Arabic is a plus)

GCC experience is an advantage (if applicable)
