Hvac Sales Engineer Mechanical
Job Description
a) Actively seek out new sales opportunities through market research of construction projects in Qatar
b) Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations and submittals for construction projects.
c) Ensure customer enquiries are responded to in a timely manner
d) Use ERP system to prepare sales quotations
e) Follow up with clients to finalize pricing and sales order
f) Negotiate and close deals and handle complaints or objections
g) Follow up with existing clients, and liaise with them until the project is complete
h) Work closely with Production Coordinator and Sales Coordinator to ensure fabrication requests and deliveries are processed in a timely manner
i) Collaborate with team to achieve better results
j) Maintains relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance; researching and recommending new opportunities; recommending profit and service improvements
k) Prepares reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing information
l) Carry out site visits, as necessary
m) To ensure all orders confirmed and finalized are forwarded to production
n) Follow up any leads via telephone, correspondence and fax, and set-up meetings with potential clients
o) Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
p) Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
Minimum Qualifications
1. BE Mechanical with at least 2 years of sales experience in construction industry in Qatar
2. Experience in dealing with HVAC / MEP contractors and major consultants.
3. Ability to communicate fluently in English - oral and written
4. Preference will be given to candidates who can communicate in Arabic
5. Proficient in MS Office applications, Autocad and Adobe
6. Must hold valid Qatar Driving License
7. Gender - Male / Female (any)
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: QAR7,000.00 - QAR9,000.00 per month
