Technical and Project Management Team
and urgently seeking a skilled
HVAC / Mechanical Engineer
to support the design, coordination, and execution of high-standard mechanical systems across a diverse portfolio of projects.
Role Overview
The HVAC / Mechanical Engineer will lead the planning, installation, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring all works meet UAE regulations and project specifications. We are specifically looking for someone with strong, hands-on experience in
villa and low-rise building construction
, including renovation and modification works. The role involves active coordination with multi-disciplinary teams and regulatory authorities to deliver efficient, compliant, and high-performance mechanical systems.
Key Responsibilities
Design and review HVAC layouts, load calculations, and mechanical drawings in compliance with UAE standards and ASHRAE guidelines
Oversee material submittals, shop drawings, and mechanical coordination layouts
Supervise site execution and commissioning of HVAC systems for villas and low-rise structures
Coordinate with civil, architectural, electrical, and plumbing teams throughout the project lifecycle
Ensure full compliance with
Dubai Municipality
,
DEWA
, and
DCD
authority standards
Address on-site mechanical challenges with sound engineering solutions
Maintain documentation for authority approvals, inspections, and internal records
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering
Minimum 5 years of relevant HVAC and mechanical engineering experience
, with
at least 3 years in Dubai
Proven experience in villa and low-rise building construction projects
Currently residing in Dubai
(applications from outside the UAE will not be considered)

Strong technical knowledge aligned with UAE construction regulations
?
DM / DCD / DEWA certifications (preferred)
Strong knowledge of local mechanical codes and authority approval processes
Proficient in AutoCAD, Revit, HAP, and relevant HVAC tools
Excellent coordination, documentation, and problem-solving skills
