Key Responsibilities:
Supervise and coordinate day-to-day HVAC installation, maintenance, and repair activities on site.
Ensure all HVAC works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
Assign tasks to technicians and monitor progress to meet project timelines.
Conduct site inspections and quality checks to verify work completion and compliance.
Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and suppliers for materials, manpower, and technical issues.
Troubleshoot HVAC system faults and guide technicians in rectification.
Prepare daily and weekly progress reports for submission to the project engineer/manager.
Ensure adherence to safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized job site.
Drive to different project sites as required to oversee ongoing works.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Diploma or Technical Certificate in Mechanical / HVAC Engineering or equivalent.
Valid UAE Driver's License is mandatory.
