Hvac Executive (installation & Maintenance)
Job Description
We are actively seeking to hire HVAC Executives (Installation & Maintenance) who has previous working experience in the same field and have ability to bring business into the company. * Develop new business relationships with New-user clients to position and create a business case to utilize Carrier building solutions in their facilities, new construction and replacement projects. * Reviews small construction project proposals or plans to determine time frame, funding limitations, and procedures for accomplishing project, staffing requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project. * Develop Parts strategies for equipment product lifecycle to service installation, maintenance, repair, and replacement. * Lead Product Growth Team by collaborating and coordinating with Product Managers, Marketing Managers, Merchandising Manager, Training Manager, Integrated Supply Chain, Engineering and Sales. * Calls on architects, consulting engineers, builders and general contractors in order to bring business to the company. * Supervises staff who install, repair, and maintain heating and air conditioning systems in residences and commercial buildings.
