HVAC Engineer

We are seeking a HVAC Engineer to manage, supervise, and execute HVAC systems installation, testing, and commissioning for high-end residential projects. The role involves coordinating with consultants, site team and Clients to ensure timely and quality delivery in line with project specifications and standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and review HVAC design drawings, load calculations, and ducting/layout schemes using relevant software (e.g., HAP, AutoCAD). Conduct heat load analysis and select appropriate HVAC systems as per project requirements Prepare HVAC Estimation and Procurement of HVAC Materials as per Site requirement. Supervise installation and commissioning activities on-site. Coordinate with MEP and civil teams to ensure smooth workflow. Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Liaise with consultants and attend project meetings. Valid UAE driving license
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, HVAC Engineering, or related field. 2-3 years of experience in HVAC system design and implementation. Proficient in HVAC design software. Knowledge of applicable codes, standards, and regulations Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
