Requirements & Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or HVAC-related field
Proven experience as an HVAC Engineer or similar role
Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, controls, and components
Familiarity with local building codes and safety standards
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics
Proficiency in HVAC design software (e.g., AutoCAD, Revit, HAP - preferred)
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Skills (Optional)
Professional HVAC certification or license
Experience with energy-efficient and sustainable HVAC systems
Project management experience
Knowledge of BMS/EMS systems
