HVAC Engineer - Construction (High-Rise Building)

We are looking for an experienced

HVAC Engineer

to join our construction team for

high-rise building projects

across the UAE. The successful candidate will be responsible for the design review, installation supervision, testing, and commissioning of HVAC systems, ensuring compliance with project specifications and local authority standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and execute all HVAC installation activities at site according to approved drawings and specifications. Review HVAC design, shop drawings, and coordinate with consultants, MEP, and civil teams. Ensure all works comply with UAE codes, standards, and authority regulations. Perform heat load calculations, duct sizing, and equipment selection when required. Monitor and control project progress to meet deadlines and quality targets. Prepare material submittals, method statements, and technical reports. Oversee testing, commissioning, and handover of HVAC systems. Troubleshoot HVAC issues and provide technical solutions on site. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors to ensure timely material delivery and execution.

Qualifications & Skills:

Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering (or equivalent). Minimum

5 years of UAE experience

in

HVAC works for high-rise building projects

. Strong knowledge of

HVAC systems design, installation, and commissioning

. Familiar with

ASHRAE standards, SMACNA, and UAE authority approvals

. Proficient in

AutoCAD, HAP, and MS Office

. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and coordination skills. Ability to manage site teams and work under pressure.
