Review shop drawings and coordinate with design team to ensure that there are no obstructions to execute the work according to shop drawings. Familiarity with HVAC shop drawings, reflected ceiling plans, site workflow Conduct inspections with consultant engineers and maintain the work quality. Review and coordinate with other engineering disciplines to ensure orderly and timely site installation. To coordinate with site foreman and main contractor/procurement to ensure timely delivery of material to complete the project according to the baseline program. To communicate and deliver updates to the management with regards to day to day site activities and ensure that the project is completed without obstruction in a timely fashion. Coordinate with consultant/main contractor for technical submittal, shop drawings , coordinated drawing approvals etc.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree/diploma in Mechanical Engineering. 1-2 years of experience as HVAC site engineer preferable in GCC Strong understanding of HVAC systems and components Good communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work independently and manage time effectively. Fluency in English and Arabic
