MEP Engineer

.Job Responsibilities:
Supervise MEP site activities and ensure timely execution. In-depth understanding of
HVAC
, plumbing, and firefighting systems, with the ability to troubleshoot and ensure high-quality installation and operation. Coordinate with design, procurement, and site teams. Monitor installation work and ensure compliance with safety and quality standards. Prepare technical reports and progress updates.Requirements:
3
to5 years
of provenexperience
in MEP works within theUAE
, especially in Residential building projects. Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in building construction. Ability to handle site execution, coordination with consultants, and subcontractors. Familiarity with Dubai Municipality, DEWA / SEWA and other local authority regulations. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.Benefits
