Job Description
HVAC Engineer - Level 2 (Chiller & Data Centre Cooling Systems)
Location: Abu Dhabi
Contract: 12 Months
We are looking for a HVAC Engineer who will be responsible for engineering, optimization, and lifecycle management of data centre HVAC systems ensuring high reliability, efficiency, and SLA compliance.

Capacity Planning & Design
Incident Management
Maintenance & Compliance
Monitoring & Reporting
Key Responsibilities
System Management & Optimization
Oversee chillers, pumps, FWU, RDHX, FAHU, AHU, VRF, DX, etc. Optimize performance and water treatment.
Capacity Planning & Design
Perform load analysis and redundancy checks. Support commissioning and airflow management.
Incident Management
Lead escalations, RCA, and CAPA implementation.
Maintenance & Compliance
Review PMs, ensure 100% compliance, supervise vendors, and audit logs. Conduct cooling audits biannually and implement recommendations.
Monitoring & Reporting
Analyze BMS/DCIM data, report PUE/WUE and chiller KPIs. Support ISO and authority compliance.
SLA Evaluation
Maintain temperature 1C / RH 5%. Respond to HVAC alarms within MTTR. 100% PM compliance. Continuous improvement in efficiency.
