We are seeking a highly qualified HVAC Engineer In Charge to oversee and lead our HVAC operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong technical expertise, proven leadership capabilities and a solid track record within the UAE market.

Key Responsibilities

Lead, supervise and develop the HVAC team to ensure consistent operational excellence. Oversee project planning and execution to achieve accuracy, timely delivery and minimal rectification visits. Conduct client meetings and maintain professional communication throughout all project stages. Achieve assigned monthly and quarterly sales targets. Establish and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers and secure competitive pricing. Review civil drawings, design HVAC solutions and validate heat load calculations. Manage small to medium scale residential and commercial HVAC projects. Implement and monitor quality control measures to enhance overall team effectiveness.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in HVAC Engineering or related field. Minimum 3 to 5 years of relevant UAE experience in residential and commercial HVAC projects. Strong technical proficiency in HVAC system design, load calculation and execution. Demonstrated leadership, team management and organizational skills. Excellent communication and client engagement abilities. Familiarity with Odoo CRM is an added advantage. Valid UAE driving license Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and ensure high standards of work.
