Job Description

Prepare detailed HVAC shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built drawings using AutoCAD/Revit.

Review design drawings, tender documents, and specifications for accuracy and feasibility.

Perform site surveys and take necessary measurements for accurate drafting and execution.

Coordinate with engineers, consultants, and contractors for technical approvals and design clarifications.

Supervise HVAC site installation activities including ducting, piping, insulation, and equipment placement.

Ensure all works are carried out as per approved drawings, specifications, and safety standards.

Prepare material take-off (MTO) lists for ducting, piping, accessories, and equipment.

Provide technical support to the site team and resolve drawing-related issues on-site.

Attend site meetings, inspections, and coordinate with other disciplines (civil, electrical, plumbing).

Assist in preparation of as-built drawings after project completion.

Requirements:

Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HVAC drafting and site supervision.

Proficient in AutoCAD (Revit knowledge is an advantage).

Strong knowledge of HVAC systems, ducting, piping, and equipment installation.

Ability to read and interpret HVAC design/shop drawings.

Familiar with relevant standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA, DW 144, etc.).

Good communication and coordination skills.

Ability to work independently and manage site activities with minimal supervision.

Pay: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
