Job Description

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

HVAC Engineer

to join our interior fit-out team.

:

Plan, design, and execute HVAC systems for office interior fit-out projects. Ensure project delivery meets agreed specifications, timelines, cost targets, and quality standards. Supervise and coordinate with on-site teams and subcontractors for MEP installations. Prepare and review HVAC, plumbing, and fire life safety system drawings in accordance with local regulations. Conduct site inspections, surveys, and coordinate authority approvals (DM, DCD, DEWA, etc.). Manage procurement and material requisition for MEP-related works. Monitor project progress and submit regular progress reports to management. Ensure works are executed as per approved drawings and scope; identify and raise variations as needed. Oversee testing, commissioning, and preparation of as-built drawings. Communicate professionally with clients, consultants, and other stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle. Maintain compliance with all health and safety standards on site. Support final project handover by addressing snags and completing required documentation. Carry out additional tasks as assigned by the line manager.

Qualifications & Skills:

Candidate must have 5-7 years of experience working with HVAC/ MEP contractors. Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or related field (Experience will be given more importance). Ability to manage multiple projects and work under pressure.
