valid UAE Driving License
and be capable of handling site operations independently while ensuring compliance with project specifications and local authority regulations.
Key Responsibilities
Supervise HVAC installation works including ducting, piping, chillers, AHUs, FCUs, and ventilation systems
Review and prepare HVAC shop drawings, material submittals, and method statements
Perform heat load and cooling load calculations
Coordinate with consultants, clients, MEP teams, and subcontractors
Ensure HVAC works comply with ASHRAE standards, SMACNA guidelines, and UAE authority requirements
Attend site inspections, testing, and commissioning activities
Monitor site progress, quality, safety, and material usage
Identify and resolve technical issues at site
Prepare daily/weekly progress reports and as-built drawings
Support handover and close-out documentation
