Job Description
e are seeking a dynamic
HVAC Engineer
with proven experience in the UAE market to handlemarketing, sales, and supervision of the HVAC Maintenance Department
. The candidate should have both technical expertise in air conditioning systems and strong business development skills to expand our maintenance portfolio.Responsibilities:
Promote and market HVAC maintenance contracts and services to new and existing clients. Prepare proposals, quotations, and maintenance contract offers. Achieve monthly/annual sales targets set by management. Supervise the HVAC maintenance team and ensure proper execution of preventive & corrective maintenance works. Handle client meetings, negotiations, and relationship management. Conduct site inspections and prepare technical/condition reports. Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and company standards.
Requirements:
Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering (HVAC specialization). Minimum
5 years' UAE experience
in HVAC maintenance, marketing, and client handling. Strong knowledge of the UAE HVAC market, AMC contracts, and client network. Excellent communication and presentation skills (English mandatory; Arabic is a plus). Proven track record in achieving sales/marketing targets. Valid UAE driving license is required.Compensation:
Fixed Salary
(based on experience).Attractive commission structure (percentage of sales/AMC contracts)
. Accommodation & transportation provided by company. Medical insurance as per UAE labor law.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
