Prepare HVAC shop drawings, layouts, and as-built drawings (AutoCAD/Revit).
Ensure compliance with DM, DEWA, ASHRAE, and SMACNA standards.
Coordinate HVAC works with other MEP and structural services.
Extract BOQs and material quantities from drawings.
Revise drawings based on site conditions and consultant feedback.
Requirements:
Diploma/ITI in Mechanical or related field.
2-5 years UAE/GCC experience in HVAC drafting, heat load calculations, duct ordering, material takeoff, Material requestion .
Strong AutoCAD/Duct sizer/ HAP skills.
Knowledge of Dubai Municipality and local authority approval processes.
Salary shall be adjusted according to experience
