Job Description

System Design:

HVAC engineers design HVAC systems based on project requirements, considering factors like building size, occupancy, and climate.

Load Calculations:

They perform calculations to determine heating and cooling loads, ensuring systems are appropriately sized for the space.

Equipment Selection:

HVAC engineers select suitable equipment, such as air conditioners, furnaces, and ventilation fans, and specify components like ductwork and piping.
