Hvac Engineer

Job Description
Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical or HVAC Engineering
MME (UPDA) certified
Experience:
Minimum 12 years of relevant experience 7 years in FM in the Gulf
3 years in major HVAC projects
Specialized Skills:
Strong expertise in chillers, cooling towers, air handling units (AHUs), and advanced HVAC systems
Key Responsibilities:
Lead maintenance of HVAC systems to ensure optimal performance Conduct diagnostics and resolve performance issues Ensure compliance with energy and environmental standards Plan seasonal maintenance and implement energy-saving measures * Fulfill all general engineering responsibilities as outlined in Civil Engineer JD
