Job Description
System Design
: Designing heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems for residential, commercial, and industrial buildings, ensuring compliance with local codes and regulations.Load Calculations
: Performing load calculations to determine the heating and cooling requirements for different spaces.Energy Efficiency
: Evaluating and implementing energy-efficient solutions and technologies to optimize system performance and reduce operational costs.Installation Oversight
: Overseeing the installation of HVAC systems, ensuring they are executed according to specifications and standards.Maintenance and Troubleshooting
: Developing maintenance schedules, troubleshooting issues, and coordinating repairs to ensure optimal system performance.Project Management
: Managing HVAC projects, including budgeting, scheduling, and coordinating with other contractors and stakeholders.Technical Documentation
: Preparing technical specifications, drawings, and reports, as well as maintaining accurate records of system performance and maintenance.Client Interaction
: Communicating with clients to assess their needs, provide recommendations, and ensure customer satisfaction.Regulatory Compliance
: Staying updated on local regulations and industry standards to ensure all designs and installations comply.Training and Support
: Providing training and support to technicians and other staff regarding HVAC systems and technologies.Experience
: 2-4 years in UAE required.Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
