As an AC & Kitchen Duct Installation Technician at Farfasha Technical Services LLC, you will specialize in the Fabrication & installation of ducting systems for Kitchen & air conditioning units, ensuring optimal performance and client satisfaction. You will work closely with the Fabrication & installation team to execute precise and efficient duct-work installations, adhering to industry standards and project specifications. Your technical proficiency will drive the success of our advanced indoor climate systems.
Key Responsibilities:
Install ducting systems for air conditioning units in apartments, villas, and offices across Dubai, ensuring precise alignment and secure fittings.
Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and project specifications to plan and execute duct installations.
Collaborate with AC installation technicians to integrate ductwork with cooling systems for optimal performance.
Conduct site assessments to determine ducting layout and material requirements.
Ensure installations comply with UAE safety regulations and quality standards.
Perform duct sealing and insulation to enhance system efficiency and prevent air leaks.
Maintain and organize tools, equipment, and materials used for duct installation.
Report material needs and assist in sourcing ducting components from preferred vendors.
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to coordinate tasks and meet project deadlines.
Undertake additional duties as directed by the Management to support project and customer demands.
Skills and Qualifications:
Proven experience (2-3 years) as a Duct Installation Technician or similar role in the HVAC/technical services industry, preferably in the UAE.
In-depth knowledge of duct installation techniques, including fabrication, assembly, and sealing.
Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and HVAC system specifications.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship.
Effective problem-solving skills to address installation challenges on-site.
Good communication skills for coordinating with team members and clients.
Physical ability to perform manual tasks, including lifting, climbing, and working in confined spaces.
Familiarity with UAE building codes and safety standards related to HVAC installations.
