to join our MEP team. The candidate will be responsible for preparing HVAC shop drawings, coordination drawings, and as-built documentation in line with project requirements and authority standards.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare HVAC shop drawings for ducting, chilled water, and refrigerant piping.
Develop equipment layouts for AHU, FCU, FAHU, VRF, chillers, etc.
Coordinate drawings with Electrical, Plumbing, Fire Fighting, and Architectural teams.
Revise drawings based on site conditions and consultant comments.
Prepare as-built drawings upon project completion.
Support site engineers with drawings and technical details.
Requirements
Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Drafting.
Minimum
3-5 years experience
as HVAC Draughtsman in MEP projects.
Strong knowledge of
AutoCAD
(mandatory).
Revit MEP
experience is an advantage.
Familiar with HVAC standards (ASHRAE, SMACNA).
Experience in UAE projects and authority submissions is preferred.
Skills
Good coordination and communication skills.
High attention to detail.
Ability to work under tight deadlines.
