to join our dynamic MEP team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for preparing accurate HVAC drawings and layouts for commercial, industrial, and residential projects, coordinating with design engineers, and ensuring compliance with applicable standards and specifications.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare detailed HVAC layout drawings, coordination drawings, and shop drawings using AutoCAD / Revit.
Read and interpret HVAC design plans and specifications.
Collaborate with mechanical engineers and other MEP teams to resolve technical issues and ensure accurate integration.
Perform load calculations and duct sizing as per project requirements.
Maintain drawing records and revisions in an organized manner.
Ensure compliance with relevant codes (ASHRAE, SMACNA, etc.) and project standards.
Assist in site visits for measurements and coordination when required.
Requirements:
Diploma or ITI in Mechanical Engineering or related discipline.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in HVAC drafting (MEP consultancy or contractor background preferred).
Proficient in AutoCAD; knowledge of Revit MEP is a strong advantage.
Understanding of HVAC systems: chilled water, DX systems, ventilation, ducting, etc.
Familiarity with MEP coordination and clash detection.
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
