The HR Admin / HR Manager is responsible for managing and maintaining accurate employee records and ensuring effective implementation of HR policies and procedures. The role supports the company's workforce of approximately 100 employees and ensures compliance with applicable labor laws.
Key Responsibilities:
Maintain and update employee records, including salaries, leave, and performance data
Manage payroll records, vacations, attendance, and employee documentation
Prepare and distribute HR policies, rules, and internal memos
Ensure compliance with current labor laws and HR regulations
Monitor updates to labor laws and advise management accordingly
Handle day-to-day HR administrative duties and employee inquiries
Requirements:
Experience in HR administration or management
Basic knowledge of labor laws and HR practices
Strong organizational and documentation skills
Ability to handle confidential information professionally
