We are looking for Humanities and Social Studies specialist teacher to join our high quality teaching team. The successful candidate will be an inspiring, well qualified and knowledgeable teacher who will deliver a mix of the English National Curriculum KS3 Humanities programme and the UAE Social Studies curriculum. Other duties will include pastoral support as a form tutor and the opportunity to develop within the established professional learning programme and enriched learning community. As the role develops it is expected that this will grow into further humanities teaching opportunities at KS3, 4 or 5 in the curriculum areas of Geography, History, Psychology, Business Studies or Economics. Our ideal candidate will have:

• Previous experience working within a high-quality Humanities department.
• Qualification to teach one of the associated humanities subjects with a proven track record in performance outcomes.
• Teaching Qualification such as Bed, Med or PGCE/QTS.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent organisation and time management.
• Commitment to the values of inclusion, diversity and wellbeing.
