Overview
Support the planning, development, and execution of HR initiatives, policies, and internal systems.
Prepare, manage, and administer employee contracts, HR decisions, and official employment documents.
Handle employee registration and deregistration with the relevant authorities and agencies.
Maintain accurate records of working hours, absences, and annual leave balances.
Coordinate and continuously improve the onboarding process for new employees.
Assist in employee performance management and track HR-related KPIs.
Organize internal trainings and contribute to the preparation of employee development plans.
Actively participate in recruitment and selection processes, including coordination with hiring managers.
Monitor and support HR and legal processes specific to the medical sector, ensuring compliance with regulations, licenses, standards, and procedures.
Job Requirements
Higher education in Human Resources, Law, Economics, or a related field.
Previous experience in HR and/or legal roles after graduation is considered an advantage.
Knowledge or experience in labor relations, employment contracts, legal acts, business law, and employee strategy development.
