Human Resources Specialist
to join our HR team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in supporting daily HR operations, recruitment, onboarding, employee engagement, and compliance initiatives. Key Responsibilities
Support full-cycle recruitment including job posting, screening, scheduling interviews, and coordinating offers.
Facilitate employee onboarding and offboarding processes.
Maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
Assist in administering benefits, payroll updates, and HRIS data entry.
Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies and procedures.
Participate in employee engagement initiatives, performance management processes, and training programs.
Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local labor laws.
Support HR projects and other duties as assigned.
Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).
1-3 years of HR experience preferred.
Strong understanding of HR principles, employment law, and best practices.
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
Experience with HRIS systems and MS Office Suite.
Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
