HR Specialist
to join our team. If you're passionate about building positive workplace culture and driving HR excellence, we'd love to meet you!Responsibilities:
Support the full employee lifecycle: recruitment, onboarding, engagement, retention, and offboarding Coordinate interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience. Maintain accurate employee records and ensure compliance with labour laws. Administer benefits programs and assist with payroll coordination Support employee relations and help resolve workplace issues with professionalism and discretion. Assist with performance reviews, training initiatives, and HR policy development. Contribute to DEI efforts and help foster an inclusive company culture.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field 1+ years of experience in an HR role (HR Generalist, Coordinator, or similar) Knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices Strong interpersonal and communication skills Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and integrity
