Qualifications & Skills BacheloraEUR(TM)s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. HR certification (e.g., SHRM, CIPD) is a plus. 5+ years of HR generalist experience, with 3+ years in a managerial role. Heavy equipment/construction industry background is highly preferred. In-depth knowledge of Saudi labor law, Saudization quotas, and Gulf region employment practices.
