Key Responsibilities
Support end-to-end HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and employee records management
Administer HR policies, procedures, and internal guidelines in line with organizational standards
Coordinate recruitment activities such as screening, interview scheduling, and offer documentation
Maintain accurate employee data on HR systems and ensure confidentiality of records
Support payroll inputs, leave management, and benefits administration
Handle employee inquiries related to HR policies, contracts, and benefits
Ensure compliance with Saudi Labor Law, GOSI, and relevant government platforms.
Assist in performance management cycles and employee engagement initiatives
Prepare HR reports, dashboards, and documentation as required
Support audits and internal reviews related to HR processes
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
2-4 years of experience in an HR role (preferably within government or semi-government entities)
Strong knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR best practices
Experience with HR systems and MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
High level of professionalism, discretion, and attention to detail
