We are seeking experienced Human Resources Officers to join our team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidates will have a background in the hospitality industry, with strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple responsibilities effectively. Minimum Requirements
Previous experience in the hospitality industry Fluent in English and Arabic Excellent communication skills and ability to build good relationships Flexibility to work different shifts, including weekends and holidays Strong organizational and multitasking skills Customer service-oriented mindset Ability to work well under stress and cooperate with others Qualifications
Bachelor of Business Administration (Management) or related graduate/postgraduate degree Experience
5 to 10 years in Human Resources, Industrial Relations, or Training Skills
Human Resources Information Software (HRIS) Employee relations Industry
