Job Description
Durham School Dubai is seeking to appoint an HR Officer for January 2023 or to start as soon as possible. The successful candidate will have a thorough and up-to-date knowledge and understanding of UAE Labour Law. Experience working in HR in an international school in the UAE is essential. Durham School Dubai values its excellent teaching staff and the HR Officer has an important role to play in the recruitment and retention of staff most of which are, and will be, recruited directly from the UK. Outstanding communication skills in written and spoken English are essential as is the ability to contribute to a positive school ethos working as a part of happy, productive and mutually supportive team.
