Job Summary: Looking for a Human Resources Officer in Dubai, United Arab Emirates (UAE)
Job Key Details:
Create HR strategies, policies as well as procedures that guide the management of employees to govern management of human capital
Implement HR policies and procedures and advice on employee\'s issues related to routine personnel administration activities
Manage employment contracts as guided by the organization policies and existing national legislation
Manage staff on boarding and exit plans processes
Handle human resource staff through recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees
Manage staffing plans and perform full cycle recruitment activities for positions in the company portfolio through posting jobs, interviewing, reference checks as well as contracting processes
Handle the staff files as well as records and ensure all required documents are submitted accordingly
Manage processing of the staff payroll and payment of relevant statutory payments
Job Qualifications and Experience
Bachelors Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or its equivalent
At least 5+ years of experience in the human resource department
Good communication skills and decision-making capabilities
Expertise in MS Office and HR information management systems
Must have good knowledge of the UAE labor law
Should be able to handle large volume of work independently, accurately and in a timely manner
