Main Function: - Recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees. - Facilitating professional growth and development. - Handling inquiries, conflicts, and disciplinary matters. - Ensuring adherence to UAE labor laws and HR policies. - Coordinating office events and supplies. - Managing records and documentation. - Managing contracts and legal matters. - Representing the organization in personnel-related issues. - Analyzing HR data for trends and improvements. - Preparing HR-related reports and analytics. Scope of Job Activities: - Develop and execute new employee orientation programs to instill a positive attitude toward organizational goals. - Craft job advertisements and job descriptions for open positions. - Screening and scheduling interviews, conducting research to locate potential candidates. - Initiating and processing staff\'s Dataflow, examination, malpractice insurance, and licensure as needed. - Represent the organization in personnel-related hearings and investigations. - Act as a liaison between management and employees, addressing inquiries, interpreting contracts, and assisting in resolving work-related issues. - Prepare business correspondence and relevant documentation. - Coordinate and manage schedules for meetings, interviews, HR events, and maintain the team\'s calendar. - Maintaining up-to-date employee records according to regulatory requirements. - Safeguard employee files for record-keeping purposes. - Manage the linking of professional licenses to the facility for staff members. - Ensure that all staff members maintain their training requirements and competencies. - Analyze statistical data and reports to identify personnel issues, determine their causes, and offer recommendations to enhance the organization\'s personnel policies and practices. - Conduct exit interviews to gain insights into the reasons for employee attrition. - Developing, revising, and maintaining policies, procedures, and forms for all Human Resource-related functions. - Ensuring compliance with relevant MOHRE rules and regulations. - Maintaining up-to-date employee records in compliance with regulatory requirements from entities such as the Ministry of Human Resources and Emiratization and the Department of Health, as well as external accreditation bodies. - Process renewals, registration, and cancellation of DOH license for all medical-related staff. - Participate in government audits, including those conducted by DOH, Tasneef, and international accreditation bodies. - Coordination with the Management Team, Nursing and Rehabilitation Departments to ensure the proper ratio of Nursing and Rehabilitation Staff to patients. - Collaboration with the Management Team, Nursing, and Rehabilitation Departments to maintain appropriate staffing ratios. - Ensuring training requirements are maintained for all staff. - Conducting annual appraisal/performance assessments for all staff. - Initiating the onboarding process for new staff. - Contribution to team efforts by accomplishing related results as needed. - Direct responsibilities of staff planning and budgeting. Job Type: Full-time Salary: AED3,000.00 - AED4,500.00 per month Experience:
