This position will be the head of the department. Position title can be (HR Generalist, HR Officer, and Head of HR Department)\xe2\x80\xa6 \xc2\xb7 At least 3-4 years\xe2\x80\x99 overall experience. \xc2\xb7 At least 2 years\xe2\x80\x99 experience in the UAE. \xc2\xb7 Have recruitment background and have existing leads local & overseas manpower. \xc2\xb7 Must have knowledge in UAE Law, visa processing, labour contracts, etc. \xc2\xb7 Must have strong personality handling all staff \xc2\xb7 Have the ability to communicate well to the staff, and can decide on his own. \xc2\xb7 Must have computer skills, knowledge in reporting. \xc2\xb7 Can handle all areas of HR department. \xc2\xb7 Can implement procedures within HR department and related departments. Nationality: any Visa Status: Visit Visa, Cancelled Visa (Should be Valid) Employment Visa with at least 1 month notice, or any one can join as soon as possible. Passport should be valid for more than 6 months. Driving License: Optional Location: In Dubai, UAE, can come for Face to Face Interview in Dubai.
