S3 Inc.’s subsidiary company S3 International has an opening for an experienced Human Resources Lead to support an FMS government contract in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Description: The Human Resources Lead plans and organizes all activities pertaining to HR functions through preparation of work schedules and detailed directives and supervising these tasks to ensure effective implementation of the same. Responsibilities:
  • Maintains the retention data for employees inclusive of salary, bonus, service awards, performance reviews, manager changes, and job title, as initiated by the employee’s Hiring Manager.
  • Administers EEO self-ID and Veterans compliance forms in the post hire process and maintain records accordingly.
  • Creates and distributes routine COGNOS generated HR reports of stored CostPoint data to deliver current employee status to designated leaders.
  • Prepares standard employee HR data reports for the company’s AAP consultant auditor for compliance assessments.
  • Updates the Retention Custodian Continuity Book (CB) to a grade level of A, graded annually by the Quality Manager, reviewed bi-annually by the HR Manager, and updated on a consistent basis by the employee to provide current work instructions for the assigned tasks.
  • Implements & Enhances HR policies & procedures to ensure employee satisfaction and workflow improvement.
  • Ensures the budgeted positions filled as per manpower plan.
  • Ensures that training budget is properly utilized.
  • Identifies legal requirements and government reporting regulations affecting human resources functions and ensures policies, procedures, and reporting are in compliance.
  • Plans and conducts new employee orientation to foster positive attitude toward company goals.
  • Advises management in appropriate resolution of employee relations issues.
  • Responds to inquiries regarding policies, procedures.
  • Prepares employee resignation notices and related documentation, and conducts exit interviews to determine reasons behind resignations.
  • Prepares reports and recommends procedures to reduce absenteeism and turnover.
  • Ensures compliance with S3I quality, health, safety and environmental policies and requirements.
  • Promptly reports any unsafe working conditions, faulty equipment, hazards/risks, injuries or incidents related to personnel safety and environmental aspects.
  • Ensures HR section compliance with ISO based Quality Management System (ISO 9001:2015 or AS9100).
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's Degree is required; a Master’s Degree is preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in personnel and administrative activities with 5 years of experience in directly relevant HR support and with some work occurring within past 2 years.
  • 5 years of experience in directly relevant HR support with some work occurring within past 2 years.
  • 1 year of experience working industry for a company certificated in, or complying with, ISO 9001:2015 or AS9100.
  • Experience with Deltek Costpoint is preferred.
  • Security Clearance or the ability to get a Security Clearance.
