We\xe2\x80\x99re looking for a Human Resources Lead with a strong background in Talent Acquisition and HR Business Partnership, for Gulf organization of a leading Global Consumer Electronics Company. As the Regional Human Resources Lead, you will develop and implement HR policies and procedures that align with the Headquarters\' guidelines in order to ensure that HR function proactively supports the Company to achieve its objectives. Key Responsibilities:
  • Creating, implementing, and executing hiring strategies in the United Arab Emirates, the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, and Iraq.
  • Ensuring that effective and appropriate HR Policies and Procedures are in place to meet legal requirements.
  • Developing mechanisms to monitor the effectiveness of HR and producing regular reports on key HR performance indicators (headcount, personnel expenses, net sales, etc.).
  • Providing professional advice to managers and employees on a wide range of HR matters and people management issues, including discipline, grievance, capability, restructures, and performance management.
  • Offering a comprehensive range of recruitment and selection techniques, services, advice, and guidance to managers to attract the most suitable candidates and overseeing any assessment centers that may be required for senior recruitment.
  • Being responsible for training and development activities, ensuring the needs identified from the Personal Development Reviews are within budget and aligned with Company strategy.
  • Managing payrolls in an appropriate and timely manner.
  • Preparing and administering the annual salary reviews and bonus payment scheme in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Managing a wide range of ad-hoc projects and any other HR initiatives.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in a relevant field,
  • 7 years of experience in HRBP or Generalist roles,
  • Experience in Recruitment, Training & Development, Employee Relations, UAE Labour Law, Compensation & Benefits Management, HR Budget Planning processes,
  • SAP Success Factors knowledge is preferred,
  • Strong communication skills with excellent command of English,
  • Having prior experience in an international environment is an asset.
