Responsibilities: o Specific internship responsibilities will vary based on your assignment. This internship project is based on HR functions; the activities expected in this role:
Coordinate hiring activities and HR Fundamentals
Undertake clerical duties (e.g., answering emails and drafting offer letters, preparing, and sending offer letters and rejection letters to candidates)
Prepare online Job postings and screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies.
Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates and coordinating new hire orientations.
Handle records and paperwork.
Assist on new hire onboarding (e.g., preparing documents, coordinating orientation agendas)
Initiating background checks on shortlisted candidates and providing suitable recommendations to improve HR policies.
Drafting employee communications notifying staff of policy and procedural changes.

Qualifications
Pursuing a MS degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or MBA with HR concentration with a cumulative overall GPA at or above 3.0
Minimum Work Experience: Junior year status - completed at least one previous internship or relevant work experience
Demonstrated leadership skills (minimum of one example in the last four years such as school club officer, sports team captain, resident advisor, etc. or exceptional guidance of work projects)
Collaborate with others to foster effective teamwork by linking own responsibilities to the team's goals and needs - zeal for new information, knowledge, and experiences; regularly seeking and capitalizing on learning opportunities
