Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Human Resources Generalist to join our team. The Human Resources Generalist will be responsible for managing various HR functions, including workforce management, performance management, talent management, benefits administration, and employee relations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HR practices and possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Duties: - Manage all aspects of the employee lifecycle, including recruitment, onboarding, performance management, and offboarding - Develop and implement HR policies and procedures to ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws - Conduct interviews and assist with the selection process for new hires - Administer benefits programs and provide guidance to employees regarding benefits options - Coordinate and conduct training programs for employees on various HR topics - Assist with employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and disciplinary actions - Maintain accurate employee records and ensure data integrity in HR systems - Provide support for HR-related projects and initiatives as needed Skills: - Strong knowledge of human resources management principles and best practices - Proficient in workforce management software (e.g., Dayforce) - Experience with performance management processes - Familiarity with talent management strategies - Ability to conduct effective interviews and assess candidate qualifications - Knowledge of benefits administration processes (e.g., FMLA) - Experience working with HRIS systems (e.g., Ceridian) - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities We offer competitive compensation packages, including benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and professional development opportunities.
