Job Description

Job Brief: We are looking for an enthusiastic Human Resources (HR) General to implement a variety of human resource programs. The HR department will depend on your assistance in a number of important functions such as staffing, compensation and benefits, training and development. The goal is to ensure the HR department's operations will be running smoothly and effectively to deliver maximum value to the organization as a whole.
Responsibilities:

  • Extremely Strong Personality who can handle difficult situations in a fast phase environment
  • Prepare paperwork, schedule, and facilitate smooth new hire on boarding process, coordinating with cross-functional departments to deliver an exceptional first-day experience
  • Handle all administrative tasks for on boarding, new hire orientation, and exit interviews, including entering data into HR information systems and auditing for accuracy and compliance
  • Provide an effective and dedicated HR advisory service to employees in relation to absence and health issues, conduct and capability, grievance matters, organizational change, and all other employee-relations matters
  • Be the primary backup for payroll processing, including; bi-weekly and semi-monthly updates to employee files, bonus/incentive pay, tracking vacation/sick pay, importing expense reimbursements, inputting exceptions, hourly employee validations, and benefit changes.
  • Administer compensation and benefit plans
  • Assist in talent acquisition and recruitment processes
Good experiences in how visa and labor cards are processed
  • Promote HR programs to create an efficient and conflict-free workplace
  • Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies
  • Undertake tasks in performance management
  • Gather and analyze data with useful HR metrics
  • Maintain employee files and records in electronic and paper form
* Skills and Qualifications Bachelor's degree in HR, business, or a related field
  • At least 8 years proven experience as HR General.
  • Understanding of general human resources policies and procedures
  • Good knowledge of employment/labor laws of U.A.E.
  • Outstanding knowledge of MS Office; HRIS systems (e.g. PeopleSoft) will be a plus
  • Excellent communication and people skills
  • Aptitude in problem-solving
  • Desire to work as a team with a results driven approach
  • Additional HR training will be a plus.
