Key Tasks and Responsibilities: Management of the mobilization and demobilization of all functional staff Processing offer letters,contracts and management of the onboarding process Coordinate with the PRO for immigration activities and ensure our compliance with the local regulations Address inquiries that are received from employees throughout the employee life-cycle and provide the required functional support Support the management with any queries and concerns for the assigned function Maintain accurate and up-to-date HR files, records, and documentation Generate and maintain weekly and monthly HR reports as assigned Support in the implementation of HR Policies and Procedures Partner with the Business in Probation Reviews, Performance Evaluations and Exit Interview Analysis Work with employees and managers to support Employee Relations and Grievances Coordinate Employee Engagement activities Contribute to enhancing the overall culture of the workplace and employer of chocie Help drive our programs and initiatives Perform other HR duties as assigned Essential Qualifications and Education: Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Human Resource Generalist working with cross functional teams Bachelor's degree in Human Resources/Social Sciences/Business Commerce is preferred Oil and Gas industry experience preferred but not essential Must have experience working in Qatar and be locally available Excellent communication skills Can work under pressure Comfortable with change and can challenge the status quo Solid understanding of the Qatar Labour Law Proficient with Excel, Adobe Pro, Word and Powerpoint Preferred Qualifications and Education: Preferably familiar with HR Systems like SAP or Oracle Company Overview and Core Values: McDermott is a premier, fully-integrated provider of technology, engineering and construction solutions to the energy industry.
