Key Responsibilities of the Human ResourcesExecutive:-Supports the smooth running of the HumanResources Department, where all areas of responsibility are managed anddelivered to the highest levels-Works proactively to maximize the guest serviceand the team experience, delivering a positive and responsive approach toenquiries and problem resolution-Delivers on plans where human resources initiatives& hotel targets are achieved-Works with key stakeholders, effectively managingand reviewing the life cycle of the team within the hotel, fostering a cultureof growth, development and performance-Responsible for the Human Resources budget and trainingplan, where together with management, facilitates the evaluation of teamperformance-Builds and maintains effective workingrelationships with all key stakeholders-Reviews and scrutinizes employee resourcing,compensation, employee development, training and succession plans, providingrecommendations that will enhance performance and provide added value to theindividual and the company-Ensures adherence and compliance to alllegislation where due diligence requirements and best practice activities areplanned, delivered and documented for internal and external audit, performingfollow-up as required Requirements of the Human Resources Executive:-Proven experience in HR with excellentproblem-solving capabilities-Excellent managerial skills with a hands-onapproach and lead-by-example work style-Commitment to exceptional guest service with apassion for the hospitality industry-Ability to find creative solutions, offeringadvice and recommendations-Personal integrity, with the ability to work inan environment that demands excellence, time and energy-Experienced in using IT systems on variousplatforms-Strong communication skills Radisson Blu Hotel, Ajman has stylish interiors, awide array of restaurants and bars, and service-minded team with Yes I Can!attitude.
