:

The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions regarding recruitment, administering payroll, benefits, leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
  • Posts job openings, Screens CV, Call for interviews and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
  • Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave and disciplinary matters.
  • Responsible for monthly payroll calculation and execution.
  • Handle employment-related documents with governmental entities, inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
  • Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes of Work Office, Governmental Social Security Office and tax changes.
  • Management of office expenses/petty cash/administrational functions.
  • Assistance, implementation, and management of Key Performance Indicators and employee evaluation on a monthly and quarterly basis.
