The Human Resource Generalist will run the daily functions regarding recruitment, administering payroll, benefits, leave, and enforcing company policies and practices.
Posts job openings, Screens CV, Call for interviews and facilitate the hiring of qualified job applicants for open positions; collaborates with departmental managers to understand skills and competencies required for openings.
Performs routine tasks required to administer and execute human resource programs including but not limited to compensation, benefits, and leave and disciplinary matters.
Responsible for monthly payroll calculation and execution.
Handle employment-related documents with governmental entities, inquiries from applicants, employees, and supervisors, referring complex and/or sensitive matters to the appropriate staff.
Maintains knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes of Work Office, Governmental Social Security Office and tax changes.
Management of office expenses/petty cash/administrational functions.
Assistance, implementation, and management of Key Performance Indicators and employee evaluation on a monthly and quarterly basis.
