Duties and Responsibilities
As Human Resources Executive, I will behave in a professional manner and set an example to all. I will abide by Six Senses principles, core values, best practices, guidelines and objectives, while respecting other cultures and nationalities and projecting a positive and proactive position to help build and maintain a strong, loyal team.
My duties and responsibilities will include:
- Support the Human Resources Director across all administrative tasks of the department
- Support the Training & Host Wellness Manager in planning and executing Host Wellness initiatives
- Support the Accommodation Officer with overall housing requirements
- Support the property's payroll function
- Assist the Director of HR in preparing monthly reports.
- Assist with the recruitment and interview processes.
- Assist with coordination of new hire orientation and training for new hosts.
- Assist with variety of host events and initiatives in addition to other administrative duties.
- Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene.
- Knowledge of all safety, security and emergency procedures related to my position in line with brand and statutory requirements.
- Ensure the privacy of guests, partners and residential owners, I will apply an extra level of protection to any sensitive personal data and use confidential information only to perform my job.
To execute the position of Human Resources Executive, I have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results.
I possess a minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Business, preferably in Human Resources or Hospitality Management and more than one year's experience in a similar human resources role. Technical skills include advanced MS Office - Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
I have an excellent command of written and spoken English and some knowledge of the local language and customs.
