Support daily HR operations including attendance, leave management, and employee records.
Assist in documentation for new staff.
Coordinate with accommodation, transport, and administration teams for employee support.
Prepare HR reports, letters, and maintain filing systems.
Handle employee queries and escalate issues to HR Manager when required.
Assist in visa processing, renewals, and coordination with PRO team.
Support HR events, trainings, and staff communication.
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in HR or related field.
1-3 years of experience in HR operations.
Good knowledge of HR documentation, MS Office, and HR systems.
Strong communication, organization, and multitasking skills.
Ability to handle confidential information professionally.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
