Immediate vacancies a dynamic and experienced female Human Resource Executive to join our Team here in Dubai. The successful candidate will be instrumental in developing and implementing HR strategies that align with our company\'s vision and business objectives. This role is pivotal in fostering a positive and productive work environment, ensuring labor law compliance, and enhancing our organizational culture. Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement comprehensive HR strategies and initiatives that align with the overall business strategy.
  • Manage the recruitment and selection process efficiently, ensuring the attraction and retention of top talent.
  • Address employee relations issues, manage grievances, and foster a positive work environment.
  • Oversee a performance appraisal system designed to drive high performance.
  • Administer a competitive pay plan and benefits program, including payroll management and maintenance of compensation/attendance records.
  • Conduct training needs assessments, and design and monitor effective training programs.
  • Ensure legal compliance with UAE labor laws and regulations throughout human resource management.
  • Promote values and shape a positive and inclusive culture.
  • Oversee job design, manage job descriptions, and maintain organizational structure by updating job requirements and job descriptions for all positions.
  • Resolve workplace conflicts and maintain a harmonious working environment.
  • Provide decision support to management through HR metrics and analysis.
  • Support administrative tasks, including trade license management and other related duties.
Skills and Qualifications:
  • Bachelor\'s Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field; CIPD qualification or equivalent preferred.
  • Minimum of 2 years of HR experience, with a preference for candidates with experience in the UAE fitness industry.
  • Comprehensive knowledge of UAE labor law and familiarity with HR best practices.
  • Strong leadership abilities with a track record of managing employee relations and performance management systems.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, capable of nurturing a positive working environment.
  • Organized, self-motivated, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
  • Proficient in administrative tasks, with exemplary planning and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Immediate availability is highly desirable.
