About the Role:



We are seeking a bilingual (English and Arabic) HR Executive with 2 years of experience to join our growing team. The successful candidate will support daily HR operations, assist in recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, and help ensure compliance with HR policies and labor regulations. Key Responsibilities:



Manage the full cycle of recruitment activities including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires. Maintain accurate employee records (physical and digital formats). Coordinate employee engagement initiatives and internal communications. Assist with performance management processes and annual employee evaluations. Handle employee queries regarding policies, procedures, and benefits in both English and Arabic. Support the payroll process by compiling attendance and leave data. Ensure HR policies and procedures are communicated clearly and complied with, in line with local labor laws. Organize training and development programs. Prepare HR reports and presentations as needed. Assist in handling disciplinary matters, grievances, and employee relations in a professional manner.

Key Requirements:



Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 2+ years of HR experience in a similar role. Fluency in

both English and Arabic

(written and spoken) is

mandatory

. Good knowledge of local Labor Laws (UAE / [specify your country]). Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); experience with HRMS/HRIS software is a plus. Excellent organizational, interpersonal, and communication skills. Ability to work with discretion and maintain confidentiality. Strong problem-solving skills and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Preferred Skills:



Experience handling bilingual communication for internal HR processes. Familiarity with organizing employee training and engagement events. Certification in Human Resources (e.g., CIPD Level 3, SHRM-CP, PHRi) is an advantage.
