Key Responsibilities

  • Plan, organize, and direct all human resources operations for Dubai-based staff
  • Ensure equitable administration of corporate HR policies in line with UAE labor laws and applicable regulations
  • Stay updated on current and emerging HR legislation and assess impact on business operations
  • Provide guidance, training, and advisory support to management on HR policies, employee relations, and compliance matters
  • Oversee annual performance management cycles, compensation reviews, and incentive planning
  • Lead and manage special HR projects supporting sector and corporate objectives
  • Conduct research, analysis, and reporting on HR initiatives and present recommendations to senior management

  • Lead, mentor, and develop HR team members, including performance reviews, career development, and corrective actions
  • Develop and implement succession planning strategies for key leadership and critical roles

Ideal Profile
  • Bachelor's degree from a recognized university
  • Minimum 15 years of progressive human resources experience in senior or leadership roles
  • Strong ability to manage sensitive employee relations matters with professionalism and confidentiality
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills across all organizational levels
  • Proven leadership capability with experience advising senior managers and leading HR teams
  • Expert knowledge of employment laws, regulations, and industry best practices
